We offer a 30 day exchange or credit note which is valid for 90 days. Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy for purchases made in store.

We hope you absolutely love your new purchase! However, if you've changed your mind, we offer a 14 day return policy for purchases made online. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Earrings and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Any items which are returned that have been worn or have tags removed will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. 

 

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with makeup or fake tan etc will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Any orders returned outside of the 14 day return policy will not be accepted.

 

Customers are responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
