Where are you based?
Beau’s Boutique is based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

What payment methods do you accept?
In store: We accept card and cash payments in our store.
Online: We accept card payments online.
What are my delivery options?
You can have your order delivered to you via Royal Mail at the cost of £3.95.
Alternatively, you can collect your order in store, which is free. Just make sure you select 'Collect in Store' as your delivery option at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your purchases within 7 days from the date the order has been placed.
Packages are sent via Royal Mail.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to make changes to your order please drop us an email at hello@beausfashion.co.uk as soon as possible. We will endeavor to make changes however it may be too late as the item may have already shipped.
What is your return policy?
In-store: We offer a 30 day exchange or credit note which is valid for 90 days.
Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy for purchases made in store.
Online: We offer a 14 day return policy, with the exception of sale items as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt.
Any items which are returned that have been worn or have tags removed will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
Any orders returned outside of the 14 day return policy will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as any items marked with makeup or fake tan etc will not be eligible for a refund.

Will certain items ever be restocked?
We only stock a limited quantity of each item to keep our store fresh and exciting, so... GET IT, OR REGRET IT!

Do you have a loyalty scheme?
We do! Visit us in store to pick up one of our loyalty cards. Collect 1 stamp for every £20 spent. Once you have collected all 10 stamps, you'll receive a 20% discount!
Our loyalty scheme is only valid for purchases made in store.
